Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms typically suggestive of panic disorder
It is very treatable disorder by medicine.
I would suggest to consult the authorised psychiatric and undergo detailed examination for proper treatment
Following advises will help you
Cognitive behavioural therapy
Tablet clonazepam/lorazeopam: to combat the stress during attack
Antidepressant drug like sitalopram/setralin: for long term management
So not hesitate to consult the psychiatric doctor and trust me it is a treatable disorder
Hope this may help you
