I went through your details. I can see you had a panic attack and you are anxious about it. Anxiety can produce so many weird symptoms which medical science cannot explain. Palpitations, cold sweat, tingling, numbness, weird feeling, panting, goose bumps etc to name few of them. You need to understand your anxiety and panic attack to manage it. If you feel that the condition is after that car accident, it could be classified under Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). You need expert intervention. Consult a psychologist for diagnosis and further advise.
