Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Attacks

I am a 27 yr old female, about 5 weeks ago now i got myself in a mess worried that I could be pregnant that turned out not to be true and I had a simple water infection. However I still have a 'tingly' feeling down there soca he taken blood and urine samples and have found nothing. This of course got me very frustrated and worried all over again. I have now come to states for a 3 week holiday the first 5 days started off ok, however I then had a twith start in my left hand follow by pins and needles I made the mistake I googling and it cAme up with parkinsons this again set me off with a fresh wave of panic, this has progressed further now later on that same day my left foot started getting pins and needles this again sent me into panic as I thought oh I could have dvt (at this point I have been 6 days off the plane) now I'm constantly fixated that I have this I have started getting dull aches around knee and top part of thigh, would dot start right away? I am driving myself crazy with worry as constantly checking for any signs of swelling or redness which there is none. Now nearly 12 days into holiday I still have the dull aches but now think I'm having anxiety attacks getting chest pains, still have pins and needles in hands and feet, dull aches still in left leg, also getting hot sweats and trembling constantly. What isn't calming me down is that I'm not in my own country as on holiday and don't know if I have brought this all on myself due to my initial concern which has since then spiralled out of control. I still have 10 days left of holiday but not really enjoying anything as this is constantly on my mind to the point now were I keep bursting into tears. Please help :-(
