Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Heart Palpitations And Numb Arms

I am a 29 year old male in good health and eat very well. I suffer from anxiety and i am on 10mg of lexapro daily.Two years ago I started experiencing increased anxiety the day after having a few drinks. I am not what you would call a big drinker. I Have maybe 8 drinks max if I am having a big night and maybe. The drinks are usually beer and red or white wine. As I don’t drink often 8 drinks Makes me intoxicated but not overly. I go to bed and the next morning I wake up at 4am with a racing heart. It doesn’t go away and when I stand up And walk around I lose sensation in my arms and feel faint as my heart is beating so fast. I go into tachycardia when I am hungover. I naturally have a fast resting heart rate of about 80 beats per min When I am relaxed and in bed. Then when I walk around it can be 80 to 100. And exercising or power walking 110 to 168. I went to see a cardiologist as I was told that a normal resting heart rate was 60 beats per min And 130 when exercising. I when and had a stress eco and a normal eco and just to rule out any electrical issues an ep study. My cardiologist said there is nothing electrical or structurally wrong with my heart. I want to know if having a high resting heart rate is an issue? If there is nothing wrong why is it not 60? I have asked friends and they have said their heart rate increases when they are hungover but not to 130 Beats a min lying down the day after a few alcoholic drinks. I want to ask if I could have a neurological issue with too much adrenaline after consuming alcohol and also is tachycardia the next day dangerous? I take valium and that calms me but doesn’t lower my heart rate at all when hungover.
