Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Issues And TSH Level Of 3.8

Hello, had my TSH recently drawn and it is only 3.8. I have heard the new guidelines are 0.3-3.0 for hypothyroidism (subclinical). Trying to decide if I should really be treated or not. For months I have been having issues with being completely exhausted, can sleep 8-10 hrs and still feel like I want to sleep more. I am having issues with anxiety (never had before in my entire life) and mini manic attacks. Recently I had noticed I can feel heart heart beating in my thoat after eating a meal & my heart rate increases to avg of 105bmp, usually goes away about 30 minutes later. Sometimes if I have a couple of alcoholic beverages the same thing happens. I feel depressed and have become withdrawn. This is not my normal personality, I am usually the most outgoing and happy go lucky/positive person. My hands and feet are always cold (super senstive to cold and hot outdoor temperatures) and the list goes on. I am only 36 years old, 5 6 and 127lbs, I work out 3-4 times/week; yet my cholesterol & LDL are both slighly elevated. My mom has celiac disease so i have considered that to be the issue. Had the blood work done and it comes back fine. I have gone gluten free for 4 days now just to test it out and see, but this morning after eating a gluten free breakfast I had the same problem with my heart rate increasing and feeling terrible for about 30 minutes. It is possible this is all from subclinical hypothyroidism? Everyone thinks I am making all this up in my head, which is upsetting me even more. I am not a hypocondiac, I know my own body and I don t feel normal.
