Oh My!
There is hope. You are truly under a great deal of stress, so much so you cannot see your way out. Can I please make some suggestions as
stress management is so very important in all facets of life, including yours?
If you are overwhelmed because you are going in too many different directions, implore the help of others whether you hire help or can rely on friends or relatives, build a support system.
Take on the daily practice of
meditation to calm your mind and spirit.
Eat healthy. Sip on lemon balm tea in the evening to relax. Try using the herbs
Ashwagandha and or Ginseng as an adaptogenic or stress modulating herb. Take these during the day along with a good
multivitamin. These herbs come in the form of a tea or capsule.
Magnesium also help you relax. Take hot baths with Epsom Salts (Magnesium salts) in them with soft music in the background and scented candles. This may not be a treatment to use when you are having
diarrhea as Epson Salts, while relaxing, may cause loose stools.
Psychotherapy, short-term, may help you talk out your anxieties and explore other options for controlling stress, possible panic attacks.
