Suggest Treatment For Anxiety, Stress And Aggression

Hi, my husband is taking Trazodone for rem sleepwalking and Sertriline for anxiety, stress, aggression. He has dementia. We were in an emergency room because he has been experiencing lower abdomenal and groin pain. He was treated for UTI twice and has a kidney stone. They think he maybe experiencing bladder cramps and perhaps intestinal cramps. He was prescribed dicyxlomine. Will this interact with his other meds?

Hello,

Dicyclomine may not have many interactions with Sertraline. Anxiety, aggression may be a symptom of psychosis may need antipsychotic drugs.

Now lower abdominal pain may be psychological symptoms rather than organic.

Get it done urine examination and ultrasound abdomen. Please consult your psychiatrist he will examine and treat you accordingly.
