hi,,,, sam here from pakistan..... i have anxiety problem... 10 to 15 days spend v happy but after 10/ 12/15 days i have depreesed and have anxiety / fear of death / ....... negative thinkings in mind ..... digest problems / gas problem/ please advice me what is the problem with me .......doctors says have u any problem ..... but i dnt have any problem no problem for money no problem with family all is well just 1 problem my anxiety and etc as above please help me .... Sometimes there is endogenous depression for which there might be no reason.
I think you should consult a psychiatrist.
Antidepressant drugs like escitalopram or sertraline will help you.
Psychological therapies like cognitive therapy can also act in supplement to drugs.
Practice relaxation exercises like deep breathing and meditation.
