Sir, I am a retired Army JCO. My prolmem is that I do not have any problem. I have two kids, studying B Tec and Diploma respectively. I always see that something drastic is imminent and it is about to happen in the very next moment. I am not able to see any such thing and want to finish before it comes. you may see my buring and i really need your kind help

When army person retires, they always do some job just because they cannot sit idle. In your case you are sitting idle. You know well 'Idle mind is devil's workshop'. Idle mind always goes towards negative thinking and in that process most of the thoughts become obsessive. Your problem clearly is obsession or obsessive thinking. You need expert intervention.
