Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

I'm a 18 year old female that's going through anxiety. Last week sometime is when I started to experience the anxiety. I started having nausea, vomiting, and diarrea. Every time I would have a bowel movement I would check and see what it would look like. Then it would just be watery and kind of orange looking. Now this week it seem as if it's trying to get back hard, but I've been noticeing little streaks of blood on the tissue and mixed in with my stools. Please tell me what could it be?

Hello thanks for asking from HEALTH CARE MAGIC

You are 18 years old female and are going through anxiety. You also have symptoms of nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea. You have altered bowel movements along with anxiety. First of all as you also experienced blood in tissues and any infection should be ruled out. I would advise you to get your stool test done to rule out any medicinal cause.
Once all tests come normal then we are left with anxiety disorder and irritable bowel syndrome as next possibility.
In such case proper treatment with psychiatrist is advised. For anxiety drugs like Paroxetine, Sertraline can help. Paroxetine also causes constipation so the drug would help you in diarrhoea. For control of altered bowel symptoms medicines like combination of Clinidium bromide and chlordiazepoxide prove useful.
Have diet low in saturated fats and rich in proteins.
Consult a psychiatrist for proper prescription.

Thanks
