Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

hi, i am 38, single male, no kids and i suffer from Generalised Axiety. I was given paxil cr 12.5 for a year and it helped to some extent however once i was weaned my anxiety returned. Is there a natural way to beat anxiety without going back to taking pills?

hiii dear

medicines that given to you is the best in class
when you have severe problems than medicines is must

but once you got control and than there are some ways
like

regular exercise
yoga and meditations
deep breathing and hyperventilation
take proper sleep
identify small trigger point and try to identify stress related area and modify it
proper healthy diet

write down any worry and try to see to it at other angle
all of this help you to cop up with stress and daily anxiety

but sometimes mild dose of medicines require than continue it
because it has very low side effect
