Dear doctor,
My wife is 45 years old type 2 diabetic. earlier she had Fe deficiency, which she came over with medication. Due to lot of pains in joints, she was checked for Ca & Vit D. Vit D was very low (5). She was put on medicines -TOYO, PLACIDA,ZOLFRESH 5MG & ACUVIN. pRESENTLY SHE IS EXPERIENCING SEVERE CHILLS ON HER PALMS, FEET SOLES& NOSE. iN ADDITION, LEFT HAND TWITCHING & PAINING. hER SLEEP IS DISTURBED AND SHE IS UNDER ANXIETY

If she has episodic anxiety and frequency of such anxiety attacks are very less, then she could take benzodiazepine like clonazepam on sos basis. In that case, she needs prescription from a physician or psychiatrist as these drugs are not freely available. In case, she needs further help, you can ask us.
