Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

Hello, I'm a 19 year old female.
I haven't felt like myself for
the past year since my grandfather
died. I've had terrible anxiety
I am always worrying,
I'm always nervous, I have repeated
thoughts of things that are so
simple. I even freak out when
I have to drive, my heart rate
will start going crazy. I can't
get a job because I'm too
nervous to go into the interviews.
I get so nervous sometimes I
can't even think straight. It's
like my mind goes blank.
I have insomnia at night. But
I just want to sleep during the day.

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, you have adjustment disorder. In that case, you need proper treatment with antidepressant and benzodiazepine. Better to consult a psychiatrist for proper management and diagnosis. You can also try psychotherapy after consulting a psychologist. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
