Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi,
welcome to HCM
from the discription of your compliants, it appears to be a missed anxiety depression like condition.
The etiology of it is varied, which could range from it being due to an unknown cause to various life and relationship related stressors.
It needs to be addressed and given attention timely, as it may progress into more severe form of depression.
It warrants more detailed probe into the various stressors and associated symptoms, for which a psychiatric consultation from your local psychiatrist is very much advisable.

welcome to further suggestions.
Regards,
Dr Pankaj Borade
