Suggest Treatment For Arachnoiditis

Hello my name is Tracey my dad has arachnoiditis, he is in a nursing home as he cannot walk anymore.I was wondering if there was any operation he could have done or treatment to make him feel normal again,he was a sergent in the army and it breaks my heart to see hime like this,my family will go anywhere for him to have treatment or anything, I am in desperate need of some help,Please help me thanking you Tracey
