Hello Arcus juvenilis is because of deposition of lipids in the periphery of the cornea. This occurs because of altered lipid profile. The treatment is by treating the altered lipid profile by using lipid lowering agents. This medical treatment is important to prevent coexisting morbidity conditions like atherosclerosis, stroke, cardiac diseases.... Hence I advice you to consult your physician for examination and treatment accordingly.
Thank you
