Suggest Treatment For Arm Fracture

A few months ago I was collecting tools when I felt a warm flowering sensation in my bac and then Immediately experienced such a huge thump in my back that I became aireborne - feet lifted off the ground - put up arm to protect my head and when I collided with a wooden wall I broke a bone in my arm and when I landed on the ground I broke my wrist - next day was purple down one side of my body...felt very dazed and confused and arm was tended to at the local hospital - blood pressure after 3 hours was elevated but no more was done for me. Am worried in case it happens again when I am driving or going downstairs - I live alone and and am a 68 yr old female, have ventricular stenosis and am a well person.
