Suggest Treatment For Arm Injury

hi, about 5 days ago i fell and i heard my arm crack. it hurt quite a lot but i could still move it. it slightly swelled but no bruising and swelling still there. i can still move it but it hurts a lot. this is all mainly in my elbow but the pain travels from there all down my arm. i've been immobilising it for most of the day in a sling and taking medication but its no better and getting worse. what should i do/what is the problem?
