Suggest Treatment For Arm Pain After Shoulder Surgery

Recently (May 7, 2010) had surgery for shoulder impingement. Went through 20 physical therapy sessions and my left arm still hurts. Was told I also had frozen shoulder. Just had an MRI and the results came back as follows: There is significant edema and thinckening of the soft tissues of the axillary recess which can be seen in association with adhesive capsulitis. There is also a superior labral tear extending from the biceps anchor to the posterior superior labrum. There is no evidence of a rotator cuff tear. The biceps tendon itself is normal. There is significant subacromial/subdeltoid bursitis. There is no evidence of focal marrow lesion or other fluid collections. Impression: Superior labra tear; and Edema of the axillary recess soft tissues with thickening suggesting adhesive capsulitis. The pain is my arm is CONSTANT. Will I have to have more surgery to make my arm stop hurting?
