Suggest Treatment For Arm Pain Caused By Biting

so a few weeks ago a girl bit the left side of my neck very hard and now my left
arm movement has been restrited drasticly, hurts to the touch on a spot on my left shoulder and another spot just above my left shoulder blade, i think it could be a pinched nerv but im not sure what do you think and how should i go about making it heal faster?
