Suggest Treatment For Arthritis Along With Fracture In Cuboid Bone

I fractured my cuboid bone 10 months ago and now have arthritis in the joint. I am 28 and a single mother. From what I can see, a joint replacement would be my best option now to avoid it from getting worse. My question is what my options are and if I have the replacement, how long will I be in the hospital post-surgery?
