Suggest Treatment For Arthritis And Restless Legs Syndrome

Hi, My physiatrist(seen once) just prescribed Nortriptyline for nerve pain; starting with 10mg, increasing to 50mg over a five week period. I am taking several medications, including Lexapro(the generic) at 20mg, and Verapramil(480ER), Hydrochloroquine, Mirapex, Zyrtec, Oxycodone, Humalog and Lantus; low dose aspirin, and vitamins.I am concerned about the safety of combining these drugs, especially the Nortriptyline and Lexapro since they both raise seratonin levels. I am a diabetic with neuropathy; cardiomyopathy; restless legs, fybromyalgia, arthritis and, nerve pain interferring with sleep. I appreciate your advice.
