General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Tramadol and Meloxicam are both pain killer which may help with the pain but will not help reduce progression of the disease. Are you taking any other medication for your arthritis?

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Raunak Saha
