Suggest Treatment For Aspermia Or Ejaculation Issues During Intercourse
Hello Doctor, I am newly married. Sperm is not releasing during sexual intercourse but I am not facing any problem with erection. I could have sex for long time but sperm not released. But if I masturbate it is very easy for me to ejaculating the sperm. Previously I used to masturbate many a times. Is it cause of that? or something related to that? Age : 28 Height : 180 Weight : 63 Note : I take medicine for my prolonged illness (epilepsy) but it is controlled now. I did not had fits for long time since my college days. Can anyone please advise me on this.

Based on the history you have shared, you need a urologist review to advise workup for any obstructive cause which isn't letting the sperms or seminao fluid if a problem exists during masturbation as well as during intercourse.
If the problem is just during intercourse and not during masturbation you may need to get the seminal fluid tests for semen analysis and sperm count.
Some epileptic medicine may also interfere, with ejaculation so must be reviewed and if you are fit free for years you may need to tapper them down to stop them.
Also, sexual councillor may be consulted as sometimes during sexual intercourse due to performance anxiety or extra consciousness due to another person's presence the psychological factors add into the problem like the one you are facing.
