I have read your story .
THE RECURRENT ATTACKS OF ASTHMA WHICH YOU ARE HAVING seems to have two components :
1. allergy to something, like dust or pollen in the air or sudden change in weather or in response to some food which is ingested. This can result in a running nose, sneezing, rhinitis and congestion and spasm of the airway leading to breathlessness.
2. an element of infection , inflammation and acidity.
The plan of action I suggest is :
* avoid the causative factors like strong fumes, dust or exposure to pollen and extreme hot or cold weather
* treatment with antihistaminics like allegra or cetrizine
bronchodilators like theophylline, salbutamol
and hot water gargles
* if there is infection antibiotics will be necessary in consultation with your doctor.
* acidity needs to be treated as this can be another cause.
For your voice get a consultation with a check up vocal cord nodule which can give hoarseness and loss of voice.
This can be treated by removing the nodule surgically and foolowed by rest to voice and medicines for two weeks.
