Suggest Treatment For Asthma Based On This Chest X-ray Report

Hi I am concerned about my mother , she is breathing heavily with noise which also results in heavy weakness. My mother is having breathless issues and X-ray report is as follows: 1. Heart size is enlarged with cardiothoracic ratio 9.5:15.0 Aorta is unfolded 2.Increased bronchopulmonary markings are seen in the paracardiac regions more so on the right side 3. Both costophrenric angles are clear 4. Rest if the lung fields are clear She has heart problem She is thyroid patient She is overweight 5ft 2 inches Can someone help ? Can some tell me what is the exact issue ? And how can I prevent asthama attack

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if the cardiomegaly being detected in x-ray so it must be due long standing hypertension or may be some heart disease, unfolded aorta is due to age and rest of the finding are not indicates any abnormalities, if this is the cardiac asthma then it needs to be given treatment in that manner only, you mother may need medial attention and further investigations hope this information helps.
