Hi,

If your symptoms are well controlled, you don't feel short of breath, and your haemoglobin is normal, you may donate blood.

Avoid if you fell short of breath or your asthma has not been controlled well.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mahboob Ur Rahman, General & Family Physician
