Suggest Treatment For Asthma

Hi. I have asthma (sometimes quite severe) I have asthma checks and in 2008 a spirometery test showed that I had mild obstructive COPD (nothing really was said apart that I needed a new inhaler) It wasn t till 2 weeks ago at another asthma check that the nurse was questioning me as to why I was on that inhaler (it s a grey one that you pop a capsule into) I couldn t answer her so I had to go back the following week and have that spyrometer test. Done (that was done this Monday) it has shown that I do still have mild obstructive COPD. How though?? I have never smoked nor worked in mills or the textile industry. All I think about now is death
