Suggest Treatment For Astigmatism

I am suffering from refractory error astigmatism .. my cylindriacl no given by an opthalmologist has been plus 0.75 axis80/0.50 axis 90 .. but my eyes are not adjusting to the glassess when the pupils are dilated. when constricted it is fine . What should I do

In normal or physiological state pupil gets constricted and dilated depending on the illumunation and has no effect on astigmatism.drug induced dilation may cause blurred vision and your power is on the lower side to cause fluctuations. Are you on any medications?
