Suggest Treatment For Asymmetrical Eyes

One of my eyes is smaller than the other. I can see that in my pictures. However when I use a few drops of Visine or Clear Eyes in the smaller eye, after a minutes, they both look the same size, and I look better. However, I know there are limits to using over-the-counter eye drops, so I m looking for a better solution to this problem.

both eyes need to be examined by eye doctor refraction, fund us examination, movement of lid in both eye to be recorded. any abnormality detected should be treated.
