Suggest Treatment For Atrial Abnormality And Right Bundle Branch Block

Hello sir, In my ecg it showed sinus rhythm,left atrial abnormality,incomplete right bundle branch block,T abnormality in anterior leads.I took it because of small constant pain in my left chest for almost a week and I do smoke occasionally.Iam panicked right now.please help me to get rid of this and iam 29 yrs old.thanks in advance.

Hi,

You should stop smoking and myocardial ischemia has to be ruled out. if you are having high blood pressure it needs to be controlled. In case you do so you need no further treatment. Right bundle branch is a common incidence in general population.
