Suggest Treatment For Atrial Fibrillation

I am experiencing skipped beats, varying from every 15 beats to every 5 beats..........most feel like PVC, as the recovery beat is stronger than the others.........I have had several bouts with afib, but this is not a fibrulation . should I go to the ER?

Consult a cardiologist at the earliest. Drugs like Adenosine is required. Serial ECG monitoring is mandatory.
