Suggest Treatment For Autonomic Nerve Dysfunction Caused From Type 1 Diabetes

I have autonomic nerve dysfunction from Type 1 diabetes. My recent heart tests show that my heart is healthy but the CAND seems to be worsening. I am having episodes of syncope w/feeling as though I am choking. BP has been 107/74 but pulse 97. Is the CAN worsening?

have proper management of diabetes. consult diabetologist and have diabetic profile. take proper treatment and diet control. take tablet diabicure. with tab neurobionforte daly one for one month.otherparameter are normal. watch for hypoglycemia.
