Suggest Treatment For Avn Of Both Hips

Hi, My Brother is 33 yrs old suffering from AVN on both HIPs. MRI shows stage 3 on left HIP and stage 4 on right HIP 6 months before. At that time only he has undergone Coredecompression surgery right HIP. But now pain has started in both the HIPs.Please suggest if he can go for Adult Stem Therapy in Mumbai-India
