Suggest Treatment For Baby Passing Frequent And Green Stools

MY seven month old baby girl is passing green stools. OF about six times that she passes motions, five are green in colour. I have started giving external feeds like rice,dal,apple etc along wit my feed after she completed six months . I don t know if any action need to be taken .kindly suggest
