Suggest Treatment For Baby Suffering From Sore Throat And Runny Nose

I have had a severe sore throat for 3 days, my eyes have been very red and dry during the day and then crusting over night. My 1 year old now sounds hoarse and has a ton of mucus coming out of her nose and one eye also crusting over. Is this just a common cold? What is safe to give a 1-year old? Thank you!
