Suggest Treatment For Back And Hip Pain

hi im lyin in bed i cant move
my back hurts and my hips.
i was ok earlier but i went to pee and when i stood up then i couldnt walk
i hardly made it to bed and threw myself on the bed. i really cant move. mylaptp was on the bed but it will turn of soon the cable is far to reach it.what can i do?? im scared
