Suggest Treatment For Back And Stomach Pain During Menstruation

sir i am 24 yrs and height is 5'4'' and weight is 50 kg sir at the time of manupause i had lot of pain in my stomch and back.........i am taking meftol spas suggested by doctor but i have to take 3 tablet.......and period is now contiue only for 3 day.......before it is 4 day...........plz suggest me that i have to cont. with the medicine or not...........thanx
