Suggest Treatment For Back & Elbow Pain

i have had back pains for a long time now. but very recently my left arm started to pain which made it even painful to straighten my arms. the pain is around my elbow and in a straight line from shoulder to arm. and i also am having high back pain. my muscles cannot seem to be relexed. and now im having a lot of pain in the right side high back and right arm.
