Hi.. I m having really bad back pain, only using the restroom once maybe twice a day, don t feel good at all, feel like i have a fever on my vagina, my pee is very yellow & cloudy. Should I go to the ER after I get off work because my family doctor is closed after I get off?

please drink lots of water.
also get urine routine microscopy test .
start antibiotics if infections as per culture report.
for pain relief you can have painkillers , please also rule out renal stone which is very painful condition.
