Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Numbness In Leg

hi for the last 6 months i have suffered with my back i cant stand to long and i cant walk to far my right leg and foot goes numb if i exercise it seems to hurt even more i have had exrays and no pain killers seem to work doctor said it was trapped nerve can you help please
