Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Numbness In Legs

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...Hi, I have been having extremely bad pain when sitting, and when getting up from sitting in my sacral/coccyx area. I also get numbness in my legs, have mid back spinal pain that feels like a needle in my back and have bad foot pain in the morning and anytime I get up from laying down for about 3 months. This is concerning, I am only 34, I am somewhat overweight but am a tall women who is relatively active. The pain occurs everyday and is becoming unbearable. I have read that some doctors dismiss so called buttocks pain, but this is very real and uncomfortable. Is it worth paying for a trip to the doctor or should I just exercise, take some Motrin and lose weight and forget the MD visit?
