Sir i am a student of 12th std,19 yrs,5'8".

I have difused bulge L4-5 and L5-S1.i have back pain and radiation pain in leg above knee.i am taking medicines from 2 or 3 months and i am not recovering a bit.please suggest me the preventions that i should take??
