Suggest Treatment For Back Pain, Diarrhea And Headaches

I have upper rt. side back pain I began Tue. with headache, then dysentery with foul odor, took lomotil and drank lots of Gatorade, good on Wed. the diarrhea came back today and pain in my upper back rt. is worse. wondering if this is IBS or divirticilitis

Hi.

If you have no history diarrhea with fever, or simply repetitive diarrhea without a fever then we can suspect conditions like IBS and diverticulitis, but an elaborate differential diagnosis is required before we can suspect that.
