Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Due To A Trapped Nerve

Hi, it seems that I have a trapped nerve after surgery on a reoccurring Ingeral Hernia. I have had steroid/local injections in the area of pain and in my spine, L1 & L2 I think. There is slight relief for approx 90min. I have had this pain for approx 8months but now it is to the point of preventing me from working and often getting out of bed. Driving also greatly intensifies the stinging/burning sensation, I have to stop every 15 to 20 min. I need to get this fixed and return to work. Anything you could suggest will be appreciated.
