Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Due To Irregular Menstruation

I have irregular periods and so far it comes every 5 months. I just had my period with a lot of blood clots and it lasted about 15 days which is weird because it just usually last for about a week. Now that my period had stopped I am experiencing terrible back pains and it s keeping me up. I don t know what to do. Please help!
