Suggest Treatment For Back Pain While Having Neuroendocrine Tumors In Abdominal Area

I m taking a medication called Simivastine for Cholestorol. Recently, I have been having aches and pain all over my body and some back pain, on the left side as well and in the lower back area. I was also diagnosed with a Nureoendocrine tumor, (corcinoid) in my abdomine, and liver area. I read that Simivastine can cause liver problems. I also was taking Amolodipine for many years.
