ihave back pain due to OA iused befor both etova er600 and neorelaxMR 8befpre with dr,prescription .ihave both medicine with me iam out of town .please for quick relife of pain witch i should take now because i have to travel long distance

Hello,

You are suffering from back pain due to OA. You have been prescribed Neorelax MR, it is a combination of Thiocolchicoside (4mg) + Aceclofenac (100mg) + Paracetamol (325mg). You can take medicines available with the same combination. Etova-ER 600 that you have been prescribed is Etodac 600mg. You can take Etodac extended release 600mg with the brand name available at your place.

Volini spray (pain relieving) spray and gentle massage with a pain relieving ointment, hot and cold compression may be effective. However, you are suggested to get clinically examined by an orthopedist, get done tests and investigations done for a follow up treatment after an overall evaluation of your condition.
