Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

i have back pain due to disk problem.pain occured not everytime.after using pain relief oinment
got relief. after consulting doctor ,for few days i took rest and use belt for back. no oral medicne used
for disk problem.can i use any permanat medicne for curing it forever.

first you should get properly investigated. take MRI consult or tho and neurosurgeon. in the meantime should use hard bed and avoid lifting weight.
