Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

I feel a back pain especially when I ve been driving for few hours...and it can be spotted at two different point at my back bone...one is at the top ( a bit lower then my shoulder.)..and the other one...in the middle. When I feel this pain...I will have bleeding waste...every time. But was once told by the doctor its normal when we are tired... But now... I have a problem with my waste...which come out together with blood...about one to two weeks in one month..and this happened to me for the last 10 years without any sign of severe desease...but only recentlu i was informed by the doctor that I had low HB which is only 8.9 recorded in my blood....while normal guy should have at least 12-15 as a standard HB in blood...and has been warded for few days for further inspections. I was ordered to undergo one procedure in August ...because blood came out through my colon...and this procedure would stop the bleedings and before that I was supplied by 3 months medications...but I felt uneasy with the medicines...( small pills like vitamin pills..)..and stop taking those pills... Since I stop consume it...I didn t feel any uneasy feelings ...but as usual..I can feel my body is weak...but no bleeding at all. Appreciate if you can give me a summarize on my conditions... Tq
